Program Lead

The Program Lead is responsible for the coordination, implementation, and evaluation of the CAT Institute’s flagship fellowship program. This intensive education program takes place over five-months and trains artists and community partners to harness the power of arts to advance social change. This role is responsible for delivering training, managing the program sessions, and ensuring the fellowship program is mission aligned, accessible, and high quality.
Accountable to: Co-Director, Programs + Community Building
Estimated Weekly Hours: 16 hr / week
Compensation: $16,800 for 8-month contract
Classification + Location: This is a part-time, contracted St. Louis-based position that requires weekend and some evening hours. However, the position offers flexibility, including some remote/hybrid work.
Contract Dates: November, 2026 - June, 2027
