Request for Proposals: Branding Services
The Community Arts Training (CAT) Institute seeks an experienced and playful designer or agency to provide comprehensive branding services. The purpose of this RFP is to identify a creative partner who can assist us in defining our brand statement and creating a captivating visual language that reflects the history of our 30-year-old training program and the future of our new independent institute.
Scope of Work
Define Brand Identity - Conduct preliminary work (1-3 meetings) with staff, board, and/or stakeholders to develop a brand statement and clarify target audiences, organizational voice, and brand personality.
Visual Identity Design - Develop a new visual identity that includes logo design, color palette, typography, and imagery. Ensure that the visual identity is consistent with our brand identity and values.
Brand Guidelines - Create comprehensive brand guidelines that outline the proper usage of the brand elements, ensuring consistency across all communications.
Digital Branding + Collateral Design - Extend the brand identity to our digital presence including website design elements, social media profiles, email templates as well as collateral materials such as letterheads, and event flyers and signage.

Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant works directly with the Co-Directors to provide office support, assist with program execution, and create and maintain systems for collaboration and organization.
Hours: 8/week
Compensation: $25/hour
